Huntington Beach sits in the middle of three Southern California airports. Fly into whichever fits your route — rides to the coast are easy from all three.

Long Beach Airport (LGB). Small, fast, and the shortest drive to the resort — about 25 minutes without traffic.
Convenient · ~15 mi
John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County. About 25–35 minutes south to Huntington Beach.
Most flights · ~35 mi
Los Angeles International. The largest airport with the most options — about 45 minutes to an hour by car.

Make a Weekend of it
Surf City USA has miles of coastline, sunsets, and easy day trips. A few favorites to fill the in-between hours.
Walk the iconic 1,800-ft Huntington Beach Pier, then wander downtown for shops, patios, and ocean views.
Paddleboard or kayak the calm waters of Huntington Harbour, or cast a line off the pier for an easy afternoon. Prefer to stay dry? Rent a beach cruiser and ride the boardwalk instead.
HB Central Park has lakes, trails, and the lovely Shipley Nature Center. The Bolsa Chica Wetlands are a short drive north.
Duke's brings Hawaiian-inspired seafood and ocean views, while Riip Beer Company and Four Sons Brewing pour local favorites nearby. For something casual, Wahoo's Fish Tacos has a great patio. Don't miss the Sunday farmers market on Main Street.
An open-air shopping and dining cliff above the sand — boutiques, rooftop bars, and one of the best sunset views in town.
Newport's Balboa Island, the coves and tide pools of Laguna Beach, and Disneyland in Anaheim are all within 30 minutes by car.
