Long Beach Airport (LGB). Small, fast, and the shortest drive to the resort — about 25 minutes without traffic.
Convenient · ~15 mi
John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County. About 25–35 minutes south to Huntington Beach.
Most flights · ~35 mi
Los Angeles International. The largest airport with the most options — about 45 minutes to an hour by car.

Make a Weekend of it
Surf City USA has miles of coastline, sunsets, and easy day trips. A few favorites to fill the in-between hours.
Walk the iconic 1,800-ft Huntington Beach Pier, then wander downtown for shops, patios, and ocean views.
Group and private lessons run year-round on the beach. Don't surf? Rent a beach cruiser and ride the boardwalk instead.
HB Central Park has lakes, trails, and the lovely Shipley Nature Center. The Bolsa Chica Wetlands are a short drive north.
From Pacific City's oceanfront restaurants to taco stands and breweries downtown. Sunday farmers market on Main Street.
An open-air shopping and dining cliff above the sand — boutiques, rooftop bars, and one of the best sunset views in town.
Newport's Balboa Island, Laguna Beach galleries, and Disneyland in Anaheim are all within 30 minutes by car.
